Detailed five-step journey

Five steps, each a decision point.

Most engagements run three to eight weeks, depending on how much you want us to implement. Each step is a separate decision point — you stop, pause, or continue when it makes sense.

  1. Step 01 — Intro call

    A free 30-minute conversation.

You describe the business; we listen. By the end you’ll know whether an assessment is worth doing and what it would look like for your situation.

  2. Step 02 — Assessment

A structured look at how you actually work.

One or two deeper conversations, plus a review of the site, channels, and any tools you already use. We map the inquiry-to-customer flow end to end.

  3. Step 03 — Recommendations

    A short, prioritized written report.

Two or three concrete next steps with the reasoning, the rough effort, and the expected payoff. You can stop here — many clients do.

  4. Step 04 — Implementation

We implement the changes you approved.

On demand and tightly scoped. We’d rather deliver one finished change than start three and leave them half done.

  5. Step 05 — Handover

    You stay in control

Accounts in your name, a short written playbook, and a working knowledge of how to keep things running without us.

What you receive

The deliverables, in plain terms.

No flashy slide decks. Just the artifacts that actually help you run the business afterward.

01 — Document

Written assessment

A short PDF — usually 6 to 10 pages — covering what we saw, what we recommend, and why.

02 — Plan

Prioritized action list

Three to five concrete next steps, ranked by impact and effort, with the reasoning behind each.

03 — Diagram

Inquiry-to-customer map

A simple diagram of how a stranger becomes a paying customer today — and where they fall out of the flow.

04 — Setup

Configured tools

When we implement, you get accounts in your name, sensible defaults, and a working setup — not a sandbox.

05 — Playbook

Short written playbook

The five things you do every week, written down clearly enough for a new hire to follow.

06 — Handover

Clean handover

Credentials in your password manager, documentation in your shared drive, and a 30-minute walkthrough.

Your data stays yours, and your accounts remain in your name and under your control. After full payment, you own customer-specific deliverables. Vlomkat retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable intellectual property, including methods, templates, know-how, and tooling. When reusable Vlomkat material is embedded in a deliverable, Vlomkat grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and maintain that material as part of the deliverable for your business, including through contractors acting for you, but not to sell or license the reusable material separately. Third-party materials remain subject to their own license terms, and any different terms in the engagement agreement control.

Ready when you are

Start with the 30-minute intro.

No prep on your side. We’ll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
