The assessment is planned for about two weeks from the first conversation to the written report. It usually needs about one hour of your time across two or three focused conversations; the review and writing happen between them.
We confirm a fixed price after the free introductory call and before any paid work begins. There are no retainers, and you decide whether the scope and price make sense before proceeding.
Usually not. The first option is to make the tools you already pay for work better together. A replacement is recommended only when the current tool cannot support an important requirement or costs more to maintain than a sensible alternative.
That is a valid choice. AI is only one part of the review. Website, inquiry handling, operations, knowledge, and simple automation can all be improved without adding AI.
Yes. The assessment is designed to stand alone. The written report stays yours, and you can implement it yourself, use another provider, or ask Vlomkat to help later.
You work directly with Vladyslav Omelchuk, the founder and architect who runs the introductory call, performs the review, and handles any agreed implementation. There is no account-manager handoff.
No formal preparation is required. If convenient, have your website or social links and one or two examples of recurring problems nearby. The first call is for understanding the situation, not for testing you.
Yes. The review starts with what already exists. No change is made without your approval, and any coordination with another provider is agreed with you first.
Yes. A narrow issue such as missed inquiries, repetitive reminders, or a difficult website update can be scoped on its own. You do not need to buy a wider transformation project.
Your data stays yours, and accounts remain in your name and under your control. After full payment, customer-specific deliverables are yours. Reusable Vlomkat methods and tooling remain Vlomkat intellectual property under the license described in the Terms.
No. Vlomkat serves businesses across Armenia through online working sessions. The registered business address is in Yerevan, but the service is not limited to Yerevan-based companies.
No retainer is required. Agreed implementation includes a practical handover. If you later want maintenance, training, or another improvement, it can be scoped separately.
