Short answer: Public Armenian offers show that price depends more on scope and ownership than on page count alone.
There is no single Armenian website price
Public offers in Armenia describe very different products under the word “website.” A self-service builder, a one-page campaign site, a multilingual business site, and an online store do not contain the same design, content, testing, ownership, or support work. Comparing only the headline number produces a misleading range.
As checked on 15 August 2026, public entry points included:
| Published offer | Public starting point | Important scope note |
|---|---|---|
| Internet.am site builder | ֏490–֏1,700 per month | Self-service builder with limits on pages and storage |
| Touch Web landing page | From ֏50,000 | One responsive page, form, social links, and basic SEO |
| ELAB business-card website | From ֏150,000 | A public package for a compact business-presence website |
| Touch Web business website | From ֏200,000 | Up to fifteen pages, CMS, multilingual support, forms, and stated support |
| Atlantics starter website | ֏250,000 | One-time website package with a limited number of pages and revision stages |
| ELAB corporate website | From ֏290,000 | A separately published corporate-website starting price |
These figures are advertisements, not market averages or quotations. The scopes overlap imperfectly, taxes and content responsibilities may differ, and a provider can change an offer after this review date.
Separate build cost from ownership cost
The first-year total should include both the initial project and everything required to operate it.
Initial work
- discovery and a written scope;
- information architecture and page planning;
- visual design and responsive behaviour;
- Armenian, English, or Russian content preparation;
- development or builder configuration;
- forms, booking, payments, analytics, or other integrations;
- accessibility, performance, browser, and device testing;
- migration, redirects, launch, and training.
Recurring work
- domain renewal and hosting;
- software, plugin, email, form, or booking subscriptions;
- security updates, backups, and monitoring;
- content changes and support;
- analytics or search-performance review.
Viva’s published Armenian hosting packages, for example, ranged from ֏1,750 to ֏9,600 per month on the review date. That is only hosting; it is not a maintenance or website-development price.
Compare offers with the same checklist
Ask every provider to state:
- the exact pages, languages, and content responsibility;
- whether design is custom, adapted, or template-based;
- which forms, payments, calendars, or other integrations are included;
- who owns the domain, hosting account, source files, content, and analytics accounts;
- what accessibility, performance, SEO, and browser checks are performed;
- what launch, migration, training, warranty, and support are included;
- every recurring fee and what happens if you change provider.
Warning signs
- A price is given before the business objective and scope are understood.
- “SEO included” is not translated into concrete deliverables.
- The domain or primary accounts will be registered in the provider’s name.
- Content, translations, integrations, or migration are assumed but not priced.
- There is no written acceptance process, backup plan, or handover.
- A low initial price depends on an unclear long-term subscription.
A practical budget decision
Choose the smallest scope that solves the current business problem and leaves the business in control. A clear five-page site can be more valuable than a larger package with uncertain content and ownership. Compare first-year total cost, not just the build price, and keep a written list of what is included.
